Responsibilities:
- Create lead generation, sales campaigns and prospecting for new logo companies,
- Direct calling, emails and social media platform usage to create opportunities and deals,
- Grow the sales pipeline and manage of the whole sales process (Deal Cycle Management),
- Prepare client presentations, proposals and offers,
- Achieve sales target,
- Understanding Future Processingβs solutions and convert our services into closed deals,
- Partner with the internal teams: Business Line Leaders, Presales team etc.,
- Attend conferences, tradeshows, networking,
- Establish and nurture Client Relationships.
Qualifications:
- Ability to establish and build relationships with customers,
- 3+ years of experience in business development,
- IT / Digital Solutions awareness,
- Knowledge of sales and customer acquisition techniques,
- Familiarity with individual stages of the sales process - βDeal / Sales Lifecycleβ,
- Ability of negotiating, hunting and pitching,
- Experience in IT consulting, business process outsourcing (pricing models),
- Knowledge of Global and Local Delivery Model,
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports,
- Readiness for business trips,
US citizenship required.
Remuneration:
- 55 000 - 65 000 $ per year + sales commission
- 15 days PTO
