Assembler- 1st Shift

Summary:

Perform basic assembly on printed circuit board technology and ability to execute basic testing of product capabilities for quality purposes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate basic assembly ability with Wire Harnesses, Mechanical Connectors and Housings, Through Hold, and Final Assemblies
• Demonstrate Print & Documentation recognition and interpretation of customer/EBWE prints, WI's/ VA's and Bill of Materials
• Demonstrate enhanced IPC inspection knowledge of part placements, solder inspection reflows and through hole, Printed Circuit Board/Component damage, Final Assembly Inspection, PB & PB-Free PCA handling.

Education/ Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a production environment preferred
