We are looking for a creative Junior Art Director/Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of delivering the needs of the clients. You will cooperate with a full creative team of multiple designers.
The goal is to translate a client's briefing into innovative and impressive designs that stimulate their target audiences. While overseeing multiple projects, the art director needs to allocate the designers correctly to make sure that the deadlines are met.
Salary: 25,000-35,000
Hereβs what youβll do...
- Produce inspiration boards, sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Bonus points for...
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience
- Experience with handling design requests for MSMEs, huge corporations, and other entrepreneurial initiatives
