Annual Base Salary: $102,039 - $131,193

Think Company is seeking an Art Director who will be responsible for developing and executing the visuals and narrative overarching aspects of digital marketing campaigns for a rapidly growing pharmaceutical client.

The ideal candidate will be leading the creative process translating strategic direction into successful design solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of HCP media campaigns, brand design, and UI/UX.

Responsibilities
  • Provide vision and leadership in the production, execution, and delivery of digital content
  • Lead and review the work of the creative teams for all digital marketing and web collateral
  • Oversee the development of client digital advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients and marketing strategists in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear brand positions and creative strategies
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
  • Refine and optimize content through utilization of data-driven insights to ensure quality and compliance. 
  • Collaborate with clients and cross functional teams to understand campaign goals and develop creative strategies that drive engagement and conversion. 
  • Develop and present campaign concept designs, prepare presentations, and deliver status updates to client and internal stakeholders, pitching new ideas aligned with business and product marketing objectives
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring all is aligned with brand standards, brand and marketing strategies and industry best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Requirements
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising, specifically within an interactive agency setting. 
  • Strong design process in crafting data-driven pharmaceutical content. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical advertising
  • Exceptional managerial and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working with and presenting to clients at all levels, including senior roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey creative visions and campaign strategies
  • Ability to prioritize or redirect workflow to meet competing and changing deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing conceptual capabilities in digital mediums in a pharmaceutical setting.
