Architectural Assistant Part II

Job Description

A very nice practice, that were originally MCIAT but now also ARB (having hired an Architect around Christmas). Currently a team of 10. 

Very urgently now require a motivated, and passionate Part II Assistant to help support the team, and bolster their Seniors with the upcoming, secured workload. 

They work heavily with the PLC Developers, such as Crest Nicholson & Vistry but have started to take on more bespoke house types and trying to diversify the projects they work in, within the Residential sector

Are heavily into Revit now, and so ideally you a good couple of years of live project experience using this software, under your belt

Can pay up to £30,000, slightly more if you have strong Revit skills (along with some job running ability), and will be looking to hire in the next month, with face2face interviews preferred if are local to the Stratford Upon Avon area
