We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Responsible for identifying training needs for their team members and also be able to train them in certain areas

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels
  • Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
