Reel Unlimited, a global creative services company, is seeking a talented and motivated 3D Graphic Designer to join our team. As a freelance position, you will be compensated based on the number of 3D graphic projects you deliver.

Responsibilities

Design a wide range of 3D graphics such as product visualizations, architectural renderings, and animated logos, creating visual concepts that align with a brand's identity.
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality 3D graphics on a short delay, usually a maximum of 48 hours per project.
Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in 3D graphic design.
Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
Good English communication skills, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.
Ability to respect the average project turnaround of 48–72 hours per order.
Deliver a minimum of 1 order per day, with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills.
Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
Team player with a sense of humor.

Compensation

Flat rate of $50-$150 per 3D graphic task.
Bi-weekly payouts for completed tasks.
Bonuses and incentives.
